The service
Loyalty Platform provides digital loyalty cards, a staff scanner and a dashboard for your business. You get a 14-day free trial; after that the service is paid monthly or yearly as shown on the billing page.
Your customers' data
You are responsible for the personal data of your customers (the data controller under Algerian Law 18-07). We process it only on your instructions and only to run your loyalty program (as processor). We never sell it or use it for our own marketing.
Security and confidentiality
We protect the data with access controls per business, encrypted connections and backups by our hosting provider. Our staff access your data only when needed to support you.
Your obligations
Show customers the terms and privacy notice at enrolment (the app does this), only enrol customers who agree, keep your staff accounts personal and remove staff who leave.
Data location
Data is stored with our hosting provider in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
End of the service
If you stop paying, the account becomes read-only after a 7-day grace period; you can still export your customers. On request, or 90 days after the end of the service, your data is deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they apply.
