Who is responsible
The business whose loyalty card you joined is responsible for your data. Loyalty Platform runs the card on its behalf and uses your data only for that.
What we keep
Your first name, your mobile number, your customer code, your visits, stamps, points and rewards, and your consent choices with their date. We don't ask for your email, your birthday or your location.
Why
To run your loyalty card: record your visits, show your balance and give you your rewards. If you accept offers, the business may send you promotions in the future; you can switch this off at any time on your card.
Where
Your data is stored on secure servers of our hosting provider in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
How long
As long as your card is active. When you delete your card, your name and number are erased immediately. The business keeps anonymous statistics (for example, the number of visits).
Your rights
Under Algerian Law 18-07 you can see your data (it's on your card under “My data”), correct it (ask at the counter), withdraw your consent to offers (one tap on your card) and delete your card at any time (on your card).
